At The County Cooperage, we are committed to delivering a satisfying and hassle-free shopping experience. For small barrel orders, each is shipped individually through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with the choice dependent on the item and delivery address. If your order exceeds six small barrels, they will be shipped on a pallet for safer and more economical delivery. Large barrels are shipped individually or palletized in quantities of four or eight for better economy, as eight barrels fit perfectly on a single pallet. Local pickup is also available for your convenience. For larger orders, we recommend contacting The County Cooperage for a custom shipping quote due to the barrels' size and weight.
We stand by the quality of our barrels, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item, whether similar or not, within 30 days from the purchase date. Please ensure that the returned product is in the same condition as received and retains its original packaging. Remember to keep the receipt. Note that shipping charges are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the Shopify payment fee which covers the cost of processing payment for any refunded product.
