Do you offer shipping on all your products? 

Yes, we do! We ship our barrels and other large heavy items via freight. We ship our lighter household items via Canada Post. 

I'm local, do you offer local pickup? 

Yes, we are pleased to offer our customers a local pick-up option. Simply select this option on check out and we'll send you instructions on how to get in touch with us to arrange a time slot. 

I'm not local, is there anywhere I can pick up your products without having to worry about shipping? 

Yes! We're proud to be in many retailers across Canada. Find a retailer near you here.

I'm getting an error at the shipping page during checkout.

What is your refund policy?  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
