At The County Cooperage, we prioritize a seamless shipping experience for our customers. When you order small barrels, they are individually packaged and shipped through reliable parcel providers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, the choice of which depends on the product and delivery destination.
For large barrels, each is shipped individually, but when ordering more than one, they are palletized for delivery. Shipping eight barrels per pallet is the most cost-effective quantity since eight barrels perfectly fit on a single pallet. We also offer local pickup as a convenient alternative.
Do you offer shipping on all your products?
Yes, we do! We ship our barrels and other large heavy items via freight. We ship our lighter household items via parcel delivery.
I'm local, do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we are pleased to offer our customers a local pick-up option. Simply select this option on check out and we'll send you instructions on how to get in touch with us to arrange a time slot.
I'm not local, is there anywhere I can pick up your products without having to worry about shipping?
Yes! We're proud to offer full size Canadian whisky barrels and whisky barrel planters at select Canadian Tire and Home Hardware locations. Please check the retailer website or in store for availability.

What is your refund policy?
We stand by the quality of our barrels, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item, whether similar or not, within 30 days from the purchase date. Please ensure that the returned product is in the same condition as received and retains its original packaging. Remember to keep the receipt. Note that shipping charges are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the Shopify payment fee which covers the cost of processing payment for any refunded product.
